I noticed DC being inactive, yes. As for EAF, we haven't contacted them yet in any diplomatic way, so I don't see why that reason would be considered.
As for you Bart, while you were in r3 and tgc, you were pretty immature, I'm gonna accept this application as Trainee but you have to prove yourself to become warrior.
